Smoker exhausts into restaurant, totally gave us a headache for the rest of the afternoon. Smoked meat was overdone and... slathered in sauce we did not like. Salad bar was simply the listed sides, NO SALAD. Read more

I have been eating at Roy's for 20+ years. I travel all over Kansas for work and Roy's is a fantastic place for BBQ and I would... argue maybe the best BBQ in Kansas. I judge most BBQ places for their brisket and my go to at Roy's is the brisket and hot linksandwich; however, they have great shredded pork and turkey as well. Their homemade BBQ sauce is delicious and the staff (Annespecially) are friendly and helpful. The people working here are super nice .the atmosphere is cool,it's a little smokey inside,but it's a BBQ restaurant it's... supposed to be..lol..and the BBQ was also very good..I had the 4 meat platter,brisket(chopped,not sliced),pulled pork,turkey,and hot link.
