Associates always have a lousy attitude. When you use the drive thru. You have to push a call button to "wake them up." Food... sucks it's either very dry (overcooked) or soggy, (undercooked). If you are paying $15 or more. The food should be better. I'mtired of these eateries with employees that don't care. Read more
Ordered the Edge and BBQ Boneless wings. The pizza looked like a piece was missing. The wings.. so sad. Pizza was cold and wings... not sauced all the way. :( Another sad experience) Read more
1 star. This pizza hut is terrible with worthless employees. We ordered online but also called to make sure they had meaty... marinara pasta. The guy on the phone said "yes" they still have them. When our order arrived, instead of meaty marinara pasta,it was chicken Alfredo. We called back and they said they didn't have meaty marinara pasta anymore and refused to give us arefund for the pasta we never got. Instead they gave us store credit. We hardly ever get pizza hut. This is ridiculous. I calledpizza but corporate but only got robots, speak to a representative. Nope. Only robots. Then the call just ended. Never orderingpizza hut again. Lost my business. Read more
This store is doing way better now that CJ took over the store. Deliveries are now always on time, pizza is way better and the... employees look like they are actually working unlike before when it looked like the store was a hang-out spot. Read more
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We ordered 2 medium pizza?s ahead of time at 6pm because we were out of town. We... asked the pizza?s be delivered at 8pm. The guy delivered them at 7pm when we were still on our way home. Understandable, thingshappen. We all make mistakes... He said it would be remade and delivered by 8pm, no charge. Well come 8:40, no pizzas? we calledup there, seemed like no one knew what we were talking about with the order. They said ?We can remake them and have themdelivered in 30 minutes.? We asked for a refund and she put us on hold to ask! At that point, we decided to just cancel theorder and go get something somewhere else. Awful, awful service.
