Their A/C system can't keep up with the heat load. Idk how their employees don't get heat exhaustion. Oh, I know. By taking it... easy, not cleaning tables, stocking the restroom, etc. Luckily one employee seemed to be trying to take care of it all byhimself, even helping a disabled person in our party when they needed it. This Dairy queen has been around for well over 50 years. It used to be a really nice place. I don't know who is running it now... but there running it in the ground. For some reason they have the doors locked to customers but employees are standing aroundinside watching tv and looking at there phones. I called in an order and went to pick it up. Upon arrival I try to go in to pickit up. Door locked!! I call to let them know I'm there. They tell me I have to get in the drivtru line. So I get in the line isit there forvten minutes the line never moves. Same truck at the window. The used to take your order and havevyou pullaround. Are the employees that lazy that they can't bring your food out anymore? I don't understand. In my opinion this placemight as wee close down for good. Read more

Poor customer service. I asked for a ranch with my order. They said it was .87 cent. I paid the money. Then they forgot to... put it in the bag. After I had pulled around and waited in my car, I had to get out and go inside to ask for it. Ok no problem.Things happen. But when I get inside the lady in the back argued with me that she put it in the box. Really? It was not there.Are we debating .87 cent. Finally she rudly says, "just give it to her". I'm here now, there is four people standing around behind the counter. With four groups waiting on their food with a family... waiting to order. Not to mention I called in the order 15 mins ago for pick up! It's as if there is no cook, scheduled frontstaff and has no back of the house staff. Food was cold young lady behind the counter rolled her eyes when taking are order because she was asked for the drink cups we... paid for! Taco's where soggy ice cream was melted! All that said I have been to this location in the past and the food andservice was great! Read more
Very friendly staff! Clean restroom and facilities, fast service, delicious ice cream ???? highly recommend this location.
