Been going to the same Whataburger for the last 15 years. The service has never been good but it has been timetable. Today I... ordered a kids meal for my granddaughter and was told they had no small french fry containers so I needed to order and pay for amedium or large fry. I explained that I did not care what size packaging they used to provide a small fry. Before I could finishmy statement, a very rude female (later identified as Hailey) came over the speaker and advised that using a medium container toserve a small fry would mess up their food cost. If I didn't want to do that then I could change the side to somethingelse. The last two times I have been to the Hurst Whataburger, I was asked to pull around and wait. I did and in bothinstances I waited more than 10 minutes and when my food arrived I was told, "I'm sorry, I thought someone else already broughtyou your food". When I was asked to pull forward this time, I declined. The rudeness went to another level. I understand thatsupply chains are contributing to businesses and their ability to maintain adequate inventory levels. That should not mean thatemployees no longer need to provide good customer service. Read more
Hi y'all! I love a great pancake hot off a griddle, but don't always feel up to a messy kitchen and clean up. How do I solve... this dilemma? Whataburger. Note I didn't say good pancake, I said great. That means on the level I make at home in my wellseasoned cast iron skillet. Whataburger whips up a pretty great batter, and manages to out do most spots that only dopancakes. Light, fluffy, airey, yummy ???? cakes. What I love is the consistency at this location. You can expect the food toalways be delicious, order correct. The sausage is also pretty tasty. How tasty you ask? So tasty they now sell it by the rollin Wal-Mart grocery section. Yep. You can buy it and cook it your dang self. Me, I order on the App to get free grub. Freeshakes, free breakfast sammies, free hot cinnamon rolls. Every 5th trip you build points for free stuff. Use the famiky methodto build up. Get a shared account you all use. Everyone that makes a trip opens the App to order. That way all your orders arecounted in that home towards freebies. Service is pleasant even though they work them pretty hard. So be super nice to themwhen they come out with your order. If you've been to Whataburger, you know the deliciousness you're getting. Ordered the party pack of burgers for 10 people and it... comes packed with everything you need to feed. It'd be nice if the fries were included with the pack, but they're not overlypriced for a family pack. All in all, my stomach was happy and so were my employees. Read more
Trying to order was the worst experience of my life... I work in the food industry and I know it can get hectic at times but... WOW!!! After my 4 minute wait (not exaggerated) I couldn't even get two words out of my mouth before being interrupted on everysingle thing I was trying too order. I usually don't take the time to do reviews but this is my second time dealing with thisfrom the same manager and I figured I should find something to do with my freetime while I wait in line. Truly I'm a big supporter of Whataburger it is a Texas status statement. Going through the drive-thru the lady through the... speaker had such a personality and such a Charming voice that she made me feel so welcome and appreciated. And to my good luckshe knew the menu very well, I followed her lead and was very pleased with my meal and that banana pudding Shake was absolutelydelicious. I also have to compliment the young man that delivered my meal to the car he had a personality that was refreshing aswell very kind and well-mannered. I really have to say that I have a A+ top notch service as I do each and every time I visitthat particular Whataburger I am a well satisfied happy customer did I mention that I love their burgers.....
