Always heard Panera Bread was delicious. Due to me never going, or having their food... decisions happened. As I now can say I... have been. Best part, I saw the employee, on *every* single order, go down the list of items as the food was put in the bag.When we got home, set it all up, got a drink and we sat to eat.....beware the vanishing food. It's a problem I have found withfood like this. You take your first bite savoring the amazing food...and go for another and there's nothing there. It's is goneand you are full. Read more

The food is pretty decent at this location. My issue is with some of the staff. A couple of the younger females that work here... seem to be more concerned with staring at people than doing their job- this needs to be addressed as it's happened multipletimes when Iv been in and am simply minding my own business. If you ask them for something, they do it but stare blankly at youafterward. This is rude and has happened to me multiple times here. Also they are not very good about replacing cup sizes fordrinks- multiple times iv come here and they have been out of the cup size I need- not great when you are in a hurry. Read more
I saw not such good reviews so I wasn't sure what to expect but I went today to do some work on laptop. I got breakfast then... later lunch. Everyone I came across was super nice. Katelyn was so helpful. I signed up for the drink program on the app, theladies were nice and helpful with that and the other rewards I received for signing up with the app. Read more
