Drive thru backed up and the employees just ignoring those at the window. This guy was a really disrespectful . Management needs... to teach customers come first and don't ignore the customers. Each order took at least 5 minutes. My order was complete andready to go when I pulled up but he proceeded to walk back and forth ignoring my presence.
