Worker literally turned away our order because we had too many sandwiches. There was enough bread and We even offered to split... the order. Then he tried to say something about the hours but they were open for another 2 hours. Entirely ridiculous to turnaway customers, not really sure what the logic was on this decision. Read more
Hands down, best sub sandwiches available. If you like spicy the buffalo chicken cheese steak is by far the best sandwich there... is. If you're not a fan of spice, literally anything else on the menu will satisfy... So good. Read more
Best sandwich place in Hurst. As a former shift leader here for more than two years, I can honestly say management spends time... training each employee to perform at the highest level possible. As for the sandwiches, I?ve never had a bad experience. You cannever go wrong with a California Club with some of the Cherry Pepper Relish if you?re looking for something new. Read more

I went there for a group order the other day (I didn't eat and I have never ate... there before) The staff were all very nice, had the order ready, correct, the food looked fresh. Food is typically good but when doing delivery via the apps Jersey Mike is notorious for not having all the subs available to... order but if u go to place an order online for pickup they are conveniently available. Find that very frustrating you leavebasics like roast beef and provolone off the app. It?s never consistently available just depends on the day. I only order online through their app. Half the time, they have my order ready by the promised time. Today, i waited while... they serviced 10 people in line past my promised time. I watched people put in their orders and getting their food before me. Most of my lunch break was spent watching them work. What is the point of online ordering then? I ordered online. I usually order from another near by but was coming from the doctors. I got home and bit into my sandwich and... end up taking it apart cause tasted like something was missing and there was no cheese on my sandwich and then my wife told methe same thing ....I called the store to inform them and the girl on the phone basically called me a liar and that she made itherself like she is perfect and can't make mistakes like we all do.....and informed me if I want anything done I would have todrive 15/20 minute back over to the store or email her a picture cause I have to prove to her there is no cheese on thesandwich......just one person can cause you not to want to deal with a business that you been eating at for years.....I willtake my business else where from now on this is my first and last time at this location.
