Luis (I'm terrible with names so I hope that's correct) was the best server I have had in a long time. Attentive, quick, and... friendly all while handling mine and at least 4 other tables. IHOP knows how to do it and has been doing it right for many years. This particular IHOP is somewhat understaffed however the... waitress did an incredible job handling all the duties. Even though she was incredibly overwhelmed she still managed to smile befriendly take our order get it right and not be in a rush. The biggest issue was the food. My classic breakfast burrito was alright but my dad's omelette was overcooked and my brothers... eggs came out completely cold. We just paid and left after touching the food, the rest of the experience was good though. Ourserver was nice and the overall environment was good although it was a little cold inside.
