Previous review was literally 4 years ago at the Bedford location. I've yet to return to any location until now. Im just not a... big fan of their food especially since they changed what used to be a very delicious tortilla soup. Decided to try their nachosagain but different location and same complaint. Funny enough the manager that replied to my review years ago said it was agood suggestion and he'd do this. I don't know if he did at his location but this location certainly doesn't. Cheese cold andcoagulated. Ugh. The stuff they put on top immediately cools off the queso. I ordered extra queso on the side and it waspiping hot but not the container of nachos itself. That's disappointing. For to go orders i really wish they would offer to packit all up separately so if you're not eating it immediately you can put it together when you get where you're going . At tacocasa they ask you if you want it spread or packed separately but whatever. Apparently they don't get too many complaints on thisor they wouldve changed it by now. Read more
This is one of the best Mexican food restaurants around. I love the queso Blanco burrito and my wife loves the double chicken... tostada salad. Both are great and are good values. Read more
Food was okay. We ordered the 8 piece family pack. The chicken was very small. Two of us ate all the chicken and the sides and... were still hungry. If you are really hungry you might want to go somewhere else. Read more
Great food, but pricing is quite high. They recently increased prices but changed packaging to be smaller. I always get a salad... and it is definitely a smaller portion now. Three of us to eat there was $40! We could have gone to a regular restaurant forthat price. That was 2 salads, 1 order of nachos, and 1 iced tea. That was it and over $40. The food is good, but for the priceand the portion size you may want to consider that when planning your trip to come eat here. Read more
It was our first time going here and it will absolutely not be our last! The food was fantastic! Everything was so well... seasoned, the chicken was moist and tender. The tostado salad was a generous size and tasted amazing! We would definitelyrecommend them if you're looking for tasty food. ???? Read more

They are so rude at this El Pollo Loco I will literally drive the extra amount of time to go to the other one do not come here!... They never want to give you salsa and they always roll their eyes and have an attitude if you ask for anything completely rudeand not good customer service I do not recommend again for anybody to come to this one drive-through or inside it?s the sameissue!
