Very disappointed and annoyed this time. I always enjoy eating at Boston Market, besides the high prices. This time the other... restaurant that was much nearer temporarily closed, so this restaurant probably has double the orders. The problem is that Ihad to wait over 2 hours for my order and no one bothered to call me to tell me it would be late. On top of the late order,when I finally did get it, it was missing the utensils and crackers for the soups. The 2 soups they gave me was more like 1/2of a soup. The 2 bowls were filled half way, and on top of that, the broth was heavily diluted and watered down, probably sothey can make more soup. If I'm going to wait 2 hours, you better give me the actual product that I paid for. Read more
Quality of food was good. Everything else sucked. Employees barely spoke. They said they no longer carried items that were still... on the menu. They were almost completely out of 2liters. Judging by the lack of business and attitude of employees, I can't seethem existing much longer. Read more
This is the best Boston Market that we have ever been to. The food was stocked, fresh & the perfect temperature. Our server... was Josh. He was friendly, fast and made sure that we had everything that we needed. And I can't forget to mention the sweetcornbread which was cooked perfectly, not under or over cooked, it was just right. I went thru the drive thru and took it home. What part of my order that I did get was good but they didn't give me half of my... plate I ordered. Then I got 2 pieces of apple pie and they where not cooked all the way. Real doughy. Read more
I ordered 3 piece dark meal this is obviously 2 pieces. This is not the first time this location has messed up my order. There... was no one else in line and the lobby looked pretty slow. Great service and great food. They are cooking chickens all day and they are fresh and hot. They also have a great selection of... sides including green beans, stuffing and many more options. When you done in you get real plates and usually they bring yourfood to your table. Service is pretty fast but not rushed. Kids love their macaroni and cheese! Read more
