We love Hidden Creek! What a quaint little place that almost takes you back in time. We?ve also used the Copper Room for our... son?s graduation party - and it was perfect! Just the right size, affordable, looks great, etc. We?ve even been to othervenues/events where Hidden Creek was the CATERER... and they knock it out of the park! I visited Hidden Creek Mercantile with my daughter and her boyfriend on July 2, 2019 at 5:30. I will not support this small... business in the future, the lady who took our order was very rude. First I ordered a Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Sandwich, shesaid they did not have bacon. Then I ordered grilled ham and cheese and she said the grill was closed because they close at6:00. I understood that they had already closed down the grill so I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. She took my order andsaid this is to go right? We close at 6:00!!! I took my food home when I had planned on eating at the restaurant and spent$30.00 for two smoothies two sandwiches and will not be back. The chicken salad sandwich was good but the customer service andthe vibe was very poor. Read more
New owners are taking over, merchandise is changing, likely won't be carrying the items we go for, took forever to get waited... on, only one cashier handling both sides. We used to love visiting but not if this is how it's being ran. I understandtransitions, and we will visit once more, but if is not better we won't be back. Read more
Went to a bridal shower here at the copper room. It was such an inviting, interesting and fun place. They have food, clothes,... jewelry and it appears that alot of local artist have items for sale. It's a restaurant, store, it has a place for your dogsoutside, and your motorcycle. It has the copper room up stairs that it a huge space for all kinds of events. The staff was sofriendly. I thought this place was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely book that room for an event. It's easy to get to,it's in a great part of Hurricane. I just loved it. Read more
Love the ice cream, the mercantile portion is eclectic and I love the selection of beautiful crafts from local artists. ... Attended an author book signing there as well and the meeting room is spacious and comfortable. Read more
