Put in my order online before they opened for a kids birthday that started at 6 in the evening wanted them ready at 530. Nope... these idiots couldn't make 5 pizzas and some bread in 8 hours. They are always slow and if you order early they give your foodaway before you get there. Thank God pizza hut is moving in. They need a manager in here that isn't a dumb high school kid never again. I order online for the pickup kiosks, i get alerts that its ready and its not in there, the employees dont know where its at.... Then I have to sit for 40 minutes waiting for a pizza. Read more
I get set backs but come on for real!!! Waited over an hour for an online order that was was supposed to be done. Then as I am... waiting I get only a partial order.. all the while watching everything being made with no gloves!!! I am so disappointed in this Little Ceasars. In the last 6 months I have only had ONE time that I have been able to order and... get my food quick without having to wait 30+ min for Hot n "Ready" (which is never ready). Today I ran to grab 3 hot and readyand 2 crazy bread. The kid tells me that "his manager called and ordered 85 pizzas so they don't have any pizzas and won't haveany for about 40+ min!" He said he had 1 last pizza and 1 crazy bread if I wanted them. I'm so over hoping that it will getbetter! Felt bad for the 3 other cars behind me that went away without food as well! Read more
Just ordered a LG thin crust 3 topping with an order of cheese bread. Picked up brought home - got crazy bread and regularcrust... pineapple/ ham pizza! Argh! SO disappointing! When I called to report it, the girl said, " Sometimes things get mixed up - wecan fix it if you'll bring everything back. " My bad, lesson learned - check your order BEFORE you leave!! But no sincereapology or empathy of any kind says a lot to me about the Little Caesars team in Hurricane. Poor customer service! Read more
Ordered two pepperoni cheese pizzas & breadsticks in Hurricane Utah. This is their quality???? Breadsticks were terribly dry &... pizzas were 3-4 in of crust no sauce. Called and spoke to manager Jordan and was told there was nothing she could do. Absolutelyunacceptable!! If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered pizza at 540 for dinner. Hubby went to pick it up at 610 when it said it would... be ready (which was already pushed because it said they were busy) and he waited for 10 minutes. Still no pizza. Mind you, allthe teens were in there messing around, walking around, chitty chatting! When he finally asked them when it would be done, theylooked at him surprised and said they hadn't even started it. They weren't busy, they were playing, and they hadn't started itin 40 minutes!
