This is an absolutely excellent restaurant. We have been spending a lot of time over the last year and a half in this area and... have tried many of the local restaurants and this is one that we come back to again and again. My 5 and 6 year old alwaysrequest it as well which is rare. Very nice and passionate couple own and work in the restaurant and you can feel theirattention to the details. (The husband is the chef) Great beer list and seasonal specials. Burger, beer bread, humus, fish andchips (which are off menu right now), Mac and cheese, fried local chicken are all worth trying. Delicious food. Great service. Just strange that when we were seated we were told we have to wait 20 before ordering. They said... there were big tables with reservations ( although we had one as well). When we left there were only 2 tables with peopleinside. I never write reviews but I feel like this should be shared. My family and I came today to have a late lunch/early. We were... greeted by the bartender who said she?d be right with us; which she wasn?t. When she came to sit us, she asked me if I needed ahigh chair for my baby. I told her no she?s too small but thank you. She showed us our table and continued to bring a highchair. Guess she didn?t hear me or wasn?t listening? I don?t know. Anyway, she brought us water, a brunch menu (when brunch waswell over in my eyes we wanted a regular menu) and she never came back. We waited 20/25 minutes and decided to leave being wehad a young child and a baby with us. The place was busy. One other table and 3 people at the bar; which she was busy chattingup. We just did not feel important enough. Also walked past our table multiple times to the kitchen, grilled us and never askedif we were ready to order, had questions etc. We probably won?t be back.
