Wow! Stopped in today after spending the day at Pineview Reservoir. The best brisket I have had in Utah! I recommend the brisket... stuffed potato. We were greeted by the cutest 4 year old girl(owners daughter). It was my birthday and they were so kind. Theygave me their peach cobbler in a cone! It was excellent. I loved the vibe of this cute little BBQ place in Huntsville. The menu is not huge, and that's the beauty of it. You only get to... eat what they specialise in, like bbq. Infact it was one of the best briskets I've eaten in a long time. The meat was sosucculent and perfectly, bbq?d that come with some crispy outer and tender inside. I got the two meat plate and it?s more than enough to fill anybody up. Brisket was tender and juicy. The meat had a nice smoke... ring to it as well. The mac and cheese and cornbread were good. The atmosphere of the place is amazing. Very clean and a greatrepresentation of what this area has to offer. 10/10 I definitely recommend. I?ll be back here soon! Read more

Very good food. The brisket is tender and juicy, the pork was also delicious. What made the meal was the Mac and cheese! Really... fun atmosphere. Not the fastest service but the wait wasn't too bad. Get the two meat plate, it was about the right size. Read more
I was very pleased with the beef brisket sandwich. And I do not say this lightly. The sandwich bread was actually really good... and didn?t fall apart. The beef brisket was also amazing. It was so tender and melt in your mouth good. Very well cooked and hada nice subtle flavor. But I did add bbq sauce. I also added pickles and it was a great complement to the sandwich. Read more
