Wow! Stopped in today after spending the day at Pineview Reservoir. The best brisket I have had in Utah! I recommend the brisket... stuffed potato. We were greeted by the cutest 4 year old girl(owners daughter). It was my birthday and they were so kind. Theygave me their peach cobbler in a cone! It was excellent. I loved the vibe of this cute little BBQ place in Huntsville. The menu is not huge, and that's the beauty of it. You only get to... eat what they specialise in, like bbq. Infact it was one of the best briskets I've eaten in a long time. The meat was sosucculent and perfectly, bbq?d that come with some crispy outer and tender inside. I was very pleased with the beef brisket sandwich. And I do not say this lightly. The sandwich bread was actually really good... and didn?t fall apart. The beef brisket was also amazing. It was so tender and melt in your mouth good. Very well cooked and hada nice subtle flavor. But I did add bbq sauce. I also added pickles and it was a great complement to the sandwich. Read more
