It must have been training day for like 3 people. There were multiple kids scooping fries and two managers running around... picking up slack but it still took for freaking ever to place my order. The flying j had nothing for hot food and I had beeneating nothing but trail mix for 3 days, my clock was running out and I had to be in Dallas by that night. This was going to bemy one meal of the day so I had to wait to make this order. The food wasn't bad at all and it came out super quick. I ate it andfelt good afterwards. Made it to Dallas and found a nice quiet place to park in a good area. All in all not bad. Read more

I had an Uber Eats order of 19 drinks. The staff hustled to get them out as fast as possible. They were awesome!

After we drove away, didn?t have straws for our drinks. Only had 1 dressing for salad which should be 2 dressings for large... salad. Ordered no blue cheese on 2 salads. I made a point to say NO blue cheese, they were covered in blue cheese. Ordered akids meal and wanted apples subdivided for fry?s, got fry?s! BUT we got enough napkins to choke to horse. Read more

I do not like leaving poor reviews, but this was an exceptionally bad experience. The drive-thru is constructed such that escape... is impossible - the only option is to continue forward; so, even though it was a full 10-minute wait at the order kiosk/speaker,we could only endure. Even after that long wait, we had to sit behind the only car in front of us, still at the pick-up window,for another 5 minutes. And then, we had to wait 10 more minutes for our food to be handed to us. The icing on the cake was theexplosive diarrhea I had the next day. I post this as a warning to others - avoid this drive-thru and the spicy Asiago Chickensandwich! Read more

Waited for over thirty minutes to get my mobile order. Seemed like there was only one person working the entire store and she... was extremely overwhelmed. If I could have gotten out of the drive thru I would have canceled my order and left. Read more

Drove there to get their new Strawberry Frosty and of course they did not have any. The worst part however was their customer... service. The entire time we were at the window waiting for our food the employees were talking to each other. The guy took mypayment and gave me my receipt without thanking me or any other word. Time to find out how to make Strawberry frostiesourselves, but going back there. Read more

March 17, 2022 @11pm location closes @12am. Mike on register is very lazy. Nobody was in restaurant when I arrived. He took my... order, but when the next guy walked in he ignored him and would look at him then laugh and complain about not having any downtime. Then walked back to the food assembly line and hide. He wasn't making anything for anyone and occasionally would look atthe line then go back to hiding. Eventually the other guy walked away and Mike came back. He was complaining to the otherworking stay saying "we can't have just one hour of down time." They ignored him and I applaud them as they continued to workhard getting the drive thru customers taken care of. Two more guys came in and for about 5 mins Mike continued to ignore themcasually walking around the fryers and assembly line complaining. One of the ladies working told Mike he's got some people inline waiting and he poked his head around from hiding and said "If they got a lot to order tell them no." By then my order cameout and I left. I really hope management steps up and re-trains this guy because he does not give Wendy's a good reputation. Read more
