I gave a $20.00 and a young man gave me $3.change back for a taco cabana salad. (It's in the shell). The cost was $9.3+. He... said I didn't give him a twenty. I did, because that was all I had in my wallet. His manager said there was no $20 in the cashdraw. I'll help anybody. I saw him switch money from his pocket and then go to the register. I may not ever get my money back,but I wanted your company to know it is being ripped off, and your customers too. . My money comes from V.A. a governmentpayment to disabled veterans. This is the most worst taco cabana I've visited, I ordered chicken enchiladas and there was no chicken just 2 empty dried... tortillas and beans was extremely dry everything looked like leftovers I've gotten better at gas stations I'll never come tothis establishment ever again. Read more
The food was good. It took 20 minutes and we were one of two customers in the store. We waited at the counter for awhile before... someone noticed we were there. One polite employee was cleaning and helpful but the rest did not seem to care about customerservice. Read more
My one experience in this Taco Cabana (Huntsville) has scarred my opinion of this restaurant chain for life. I've been to other... locations and do not remember hating them. As fate had it, I got some of the lowest quality Tex-Mex around. I ordered the"Chicken Fajita Nachos," which their menu describes as "Fresh tortilla chips topped with Chicken Fajita, refried beans, meltedcheese, sour cream and guacamole." Please look at my attached image and tell me that is fresh... The chips were stale, there wasliterally 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the whole thing, and overall tasted blegghhhh! I'm not even sure our dogs would eat this.I also ordered their Sopapillas, which were the saddest little stale dough balls. They looked like what you get in cannedravioli, topped with a pinch of cinnamon (picture also attached). The honey that comes with them is the only thing I cancompliment here, as it was decent. The staff was also quite rude -- as it was our first time in this location, they seemed shortwith us since we didn't have a straight away answer on what we wanted to order.
