I walk in at 8:35, everything if put away and open sign is off. Don't want my business it seems... You won't get it!
Ordered and paid using the Subway App. My pickup time was 7:35. Pulled up to the window at 7:35. Was never acknowledged by... anyone. Employee finally came to window at 7:45 with my order. Got home with order and one of the three sandwiches was wrong andthe three chocolate chip cookies I ordered were not chocolate chip. The employee who gave me my order was very polite. Read more

Super clean and friendly environment. My sandwiches are always made fast but neatly, and the employees are wonderful... personalities and a joy to be around. Definitely stop in if you are driving thru Huntsville or live there! Read more
Hours have changed due to construction which is fine but when you have the doors locked 10 mins before you close is where I have... a issue. Guy was just standing at the register on his phone. Will do my best to contact the management to let them know. Read more
If I could give a zero I would. Placed an order through the app for pickup at the drive-through and did not get my drink. The... whole point of going to this particular store is the drive through when you're in a hurry. The rude manager says that when theyare busy, they will only give you a cup that you have to come into the store and fill up yourself. Defeats the whole purpose ofhaving a drive-through. She just cost you a return customer, but clearly she doesn't care. Read more
