So I received coupons in the mail for pizza hut. One witch I wanted to use is 2 medium pizzas,1 topping for 9.99...carry out. So... when I took the coupon in to get the pizza he kept wanting to charge me 19.80. I told him there's no way there's 8 .00 tax onthat. He kept telling me he couldn't scan the coupon. I received a surrey from Pizza Hut with the question. "What can we do to receive a strongly agree next time?" I would like to... actually get my pizza. I ordered at 11pm on the app for the Pizza Hut at 4030 Sam Houston Ave. Suite D, Huntsville, TX 77340. 1full hour before closing time. It said expected arrival at 11:42pm. I never received my order. I have used Pizza Hut plentybefore but it is one thing to not receive my order perfectly heated or right on time but I never even got it. Then when I calledtoday. It just said the phone number was no longer valid. I honestly don't know what to think but I can't just overlook a $30order going missing. Sorry but its gonna have to be a 1 out of 5 on this review guys n gals Update: went down to the Pizza Hutand had a chat with them. Turns out it was an issue with the Pizza Hut app and they never recieved my order. I checked my bankaccount and my money was returned since the order didn't go through. Pizza was good just half of bbq pizza was crust. 2/2018 ordered 2 med pizzas, 2 chicken Alfredo, and wings. Ready in 15 min.... Great taste. Will say some of the alfrado got dried around the edge but only a few pieces, but won't stop me fromreordering. Ordered large 2 topping extra pepperoni tosted asiago crust, and chocolate chip cookie. Food tasted great. I ordered online and wasn?t able to add the buffalo and lemon pepper together so when I made it in the store... I asked if they could give me the lemon pepper seasoning to add it myself, and it was no problem, the pizza was stuffed crossedthe 1 topping deal for $12. Sergio was so fast I was amazed! Ingredients used on pizzas are by far the worst they could buy. Everything's was cheap quality bit paid high dollar for 2... pizzas. They did completely refund our purchase with no hassle or argument. Qe had driven over 30ins to get it for us to dribe30mins home and it be completely wrong and too salty to eat. Staff there were friendly and very helpful and didn't automaticallyrefuse my request for a refund. Read more
