I've lived here in Huntsville for a few years now and I've NEVER been able to get a "hot and ready" pizza. I don't understand... one hour before dinner pizzas should be made. I was a bit disappointed with my most recent experience with ordering delivery on the Little Caesars mobile app at the... Huntsville, TX store. As a new app user, I had to create an account with all my info. I ordered two pizzas and some sauces. Iproceeded to check out put in all my info, payment info etc. I was at my neighbor's house and wanted the pizza delivered there.Since my info didn't match, I called the store to make sure they would deliver to the address I put in for delivery and not myown address. First, I was told that they don't deliver. I said your website says you do. I was told they couldn't look up andonline order to confirm the address. I asked for the manager who told me the delivery is through door dash not them directly. The website does not make this clear. Never in the process was I told online it would go through door dash. Not able to verifythe delivery address and feeling let down about the delivery process, I canceled the order. I was told I would have to await arefund. I soon received a text from door dash telling me they were on the way to pick up my order for delivery. They alsostated there was going to be an additional fee of $5 for this service. A service for which I was never made aware of. Thinkingthe order was canceled I didn't respond. About 30 min later I got a call from a nice woman telling me she was picking up myorder, but it was canceled. That when an order is canceled it was also mandatory to cancel the door dash order. She had hersupervisor call me to confirm and also not charge me for the delivery which now couldn't happen. FYI: I was told the fee ischeaper to order though door dash. The thing that still bothers me after looking at the Little Caesars web site is that they donot tell you the delivery is via door dash and that you incur additional fees. I ordered my pizza online not realizing the pick up date was for the following day at 10:30 am!! Jacob was great, great customer... service, he had no problem making my pizza as a walk in. Pizza is always fresh at this location. Read more
Ridiculous to wait over 15 minutes and not one person can pick up a phone to take an order since their app does not offer a pay... with cash option. Still waiting as I write this review and I'm actually quite a patient person but they can't even pick up tosay hey were busy do you mind holding? Nothing at all. Read more
For starters I called the store to place my order. Having waited on the phone, I decided to drive up to the store while holding... to place my order. I actually made it into the store and they STILL hadn't answered the phone. I go to place my order and theycouldn't manage to add Jalapeños to a pizza. That was impossible. I ordered a drink for the wait. Upon finishing my drink andstill not getting my pizza yet, I asked if they had a trash can that they could throw away the empty bottle. Again. That wasimpossible!!! Do they not posses a trash can? They couldn't even throw away an empty bottle.... WORST LOCATION EVER!!! I wouldbe easier and FASTER to just drive to Conroe. I won't EVER be back to this location! This place is ghetto. The red head girl got messy knotted greasy hair that isn?t even tied up and probably dropping her hair in... the food. The cashier girl was sipping and spitting in her sonic cup while taking peoples? orders. Made customers wait 20+minutes for their order as well. What little Ceasers isn't open past 10? Poor service and have to wait 30+ minutes for a hot and ready almost everytime.
