I went to get breakfast and I placed an order with Isabel and from the beginning she was already making things difficult with my... order. She kept making me repeat things and it seems as if she didn?t know what she was doing and she was being very unpleasant.When I had got my order, I ordered two medium drinks and right off the bat, she had gave me just one small drink and forgotabout the other. I was unaware of the sizes, so I wasn?t able to see that she had gave me the wrong one until I left. On top ofthat I had added some extra food to my order which she CONFIRMED with me but then proceeded to not even add what I wanted onthere. I had missing food from my combo and this was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had with any fast food place. Ido not recommend coming here or getting served by Isabel. Read more
Worst customer service around. I was told you were out of coke when I ordered 2 of them. I then changed what I wanted. Employee... came to the window and said..oh..I have to go in the dining area for the coke..ok! Cool! When I got home, I still didn't havecoke, I got root beer and sprite..ugh. frustrating since none of us drink root beer. Employees were rude and non engaged. Read more

So I think they do one order at a time. One car orders pulls up and the we wait n wait and wait. If I was not boxed in I would... have left 30 minutes ago! I went to jack in the box on 12/03/22 around 4:30-4:40 am and the customer service was the best service I ever had ever at jack... in the box. There was a lady with braids who took our order through the drive thru and she was phenomenal. She was pleasantlynice and our food was quick , hot and great. We had to pull to the front door , but when she brought out our food she was thesweetest person ever. I wish I could?ve gotten her name , but I hope y?all keep her around because that was the best service Iever had. Update:On the receipt the name says Rebekka .. so thank you Rebekka. Read more
