Immanuel is the only one who seems to care about getting everyone?s food out. the manager (i didn?t catch her name, older white... lady), was absolutely slow and had no sense of urgency. i came through the drive through to get a 4 piece chicken strip, 4 tacos& a sweet tea. the tea was absolutely disgusting, and the woman in the drive through seemed to hate her job. when i got my food,we got all the way home before we realized they gave me EGG rolls and 2 tacos .. we go back to get the right meal, and thechicken was COLD even though it was ?just out of the fryer? & instead of giving me what i ordered, the manager tried to give me2 monster tacos. i see she was trying to help, or what she thought was helping, but after telling her that?s not what i ordered,she persisted & i declined. the whole trip, from original drive thru to having to go back was over an hour long, and none of itwas good. this Jack in the Box was so much better before they remodeled it. thank you IMMANUEL for being so kind and friendly &efficient. they should really reconsider who they hire as managers. While I do understand that this place recently reopened after renovations and has been very busy I'm left to wondering what is... going on. We went from very fast working staff that did the job well and me being through the drive through with my food in 15minutes to taking 25 minutes in the drive thru and receiving food that has not been completely cooked through and still cold onthe inside and soggy on the outside and tacos that didn't even have the sauce put in them. Manager was rude.I left a bag of tacos, with cash and my receipt, it all disappeared .Wow. Do not eat here and it smells dead... there, like sewage. Read more
Food was great just wish they would mix the fries on the loaded fries instead of one big glob. Good was fresh and had great... taste!!!! Good deals. Really like the app except on had to be paid by card. Read more
Food and staff are great at this place. One of my fave places to go. Lately orders have been taking a super long time. I pity... the nice staff who work there...I bet if the good ole greedies at Jack in the Box HQ raised their minimum wage that they canhire more workers and ultimately make more money in the long-term. Guess the fast-food industry will never learn their lesson???? Read more
