This hartz chicken Buffett has a special for everyday of the week. Today is Saturday and I had the pink centered chicken, cold... not so green beans, unsalted potatoes and rock hard corn bead with no butter just how I like it. All and all pretty good . This Hartz Chicken in Huntsville TX is awful!! Food was nasty and cold, which I?m sure it had been sitting out all day! Had to... ask for chicken breast as they do not put out on buffet. The staff was not accommodating or friendly at all. Prices were about$5.00 higher than other Hartz. Will not be going back to this one! Would not have even given it one star if I didn?t have to! I ordered the 4 piece chicken tender meal. What a joke, the pieces were so small, about the size of apple slice. And the rolls... were hard as a brick. Food was cold and nasty. I've gotten this same meal at other Hartz locations and the tenders where so bigyou could only eat 2 and the food was hot. Such a waste of money!! Read more
Place was super hot, thermostat said 86° inside. Cook was dipping and spitting in cup while working with chicken. Food was ok... but sitting out quite some time. Had to ask for more chicken. Read more
Not pleased at all with the visit... again! Upon entering, you need to go over to the Steam table to see if they have what you... want available. Went here on my hour long lunch break and wanted baked chicken, there was 1 leg available and was told it wouldbe 30-40 minutes before anymore would be out! So basically I spent $30 for one baked chicken and some dried out vegetables thatwere on the steam table waaay to long! Not the first disappointment on my visit here??????????? Read more
Was shorted on tenders. Shorted on rolls. Chicken thigh was bloody. Gravy was very thin. I talked with the manager and she... explained she didn't take the order, and was upset. I explained the manager should welcome complaints so she/he could fix theproblem. That's okay, I will fix it, we will not go back. Read more
