Got a cold sandwich. Not a huge deal. Asked to have it heated or warmed up, and watched the entire kitchen roll thier eyes at... the poor front desk helper. Got my new, warm sandwich which was missing bacon. Manager looks down at the sandwich and says"there are three pieces, staring directly at the two pieces of bacon. (Suspiciously tiny..) Morning shift, Tuesday, first weekof March: kitchen has a moral and customer service problem. You shouldn't treat employees or customers that way. Read more
They told us to pull forward, then the manager comes out and tells us that they can't serve even though we were already in the... drive thru. Then the manger comes to the window and says they can't serve us but continues to take other people orders which isother cars. That was rude and poor customer service. Read more
Based on this visit only on October 16, 2019 at the Nacogdoces, Tx location. I ordered a 12 piece nugget and never from any... other chick fil a have i had chicken so darn hard and dry it cant be eaten. Too bad i drove off without checking it but there istypically never a problem so didn?t think to. Horrible and way below chick fil a standards. Read more
They really dropped the ball with this redesign. Previous set up took a max of maybe 10 minutes during rush times to get what... you wanted, now it takes a minimum of 30 minutes of waiting in line during rush times. The extensive menu is great and all, butit's not worth waiting all this extra time for, especially when you want a quick eat. I hope the opening of other restaurants inthe spring semester help with the lines being reduced, if not, then boy oh boy. Read more
Chick-fil-a is my very favorite spot to go eat because the service is always very friendly and the food is very good, however,... this trip was quite the opposite of that. The service seemed lazy and at best apathetic. Their workspace looked very messy andthe service was slow. They are only giving you 2 sauces max and theres no budging with that. The lemonade that they gave me wasfilled with seeds at the bottom of the drink (i am not a fan of chewing on lemon seeds whilst drinking my lemonade), however,they switched it out when i requested it without seeds! You are not able to order carry out from the app, or use yourchick-fil-a card off the app at all! And you cannot redeem rewards from this location, having the app is pretty much useless atthis location. Ordering from this chick-fil-a definitely left me feeling like this was a poorly managed and lower qualitychick-fil-a than any other ones I have been to. It really is a shame but ill be ordering my chick-fil-a from another place otherthan this location from now on. I hope i will be able to delete this review when i hear of improved quality. Thanks. I?ve tried this chick fil a twice. The first time they got my order wrong and the second time they ran out of chicken nuggets by... 2:30pm. Instead of trying to make the order right and customer service friendly, they just try to put whatever in together andin a bag and get the customers out. Some cashiers will take names and some won?t do orders get lost and some never go out.Sandwich and fries were burnt and smushed. Would much rather drive 30 minutes to Conroe to eat at the chick fil a there. Read more
First off I would like to say all the picture taken of this chic-fil-a are not of thier food but offood from another place... directly next them. Second the service is great people are friendly but the food quality here is lacking Most of the time thefood is ok by the "I need to eat something standard. " The lack of cleanliness was my concern the counter was sticky the floorwas grease outside the cooking area. the extra charges for water cups and sauce packet when making a purchase was a little offputting.All in all not a bad place to eat but the management could benefit from a little more presents in the kitchen.
