This was supposed to be a quick run to get something while on the road. However the service wasn't super quick. Also the person... at the register didn't get my wife's order for crinkle cut fries correct. Instead we got curly fries. Too far down the road togo back so not entirely happy with this visit. Arby's has always been consistent in that the food is always great and actually looks like the picture on the menu! We come a... lot during the happy hour time as my kids love the $1 sliders. Great service, restaurant and bathroom were very clean. Read more
All in all getting in to the establishment was a little hard because it's dead center of a three way stop light. The service... was really good and the staff was very nice and attentive, but the curly fries were a little over cooked and mostly just piecesof fries and the Gyro's meat was cold, tomatoes mushy, and the pita bread was tough. Didn?t know the chicken sandwiches here are this delicious. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it is huge. I enjoyed every bite.
Restaurant was clean. I especially appreciated the open restrooms and the fact they had hooks in the stalls to hang items on.... The music was good (classic rock) and not too loud. Took a while to order at the cash register at 4:20pm on a Saturday due to itbeing short staffed. Staff was quick, just not overly friendly. 2pm to 5pm they have a special for $1 classic sliders, cookies,snack sized shakes and soda. Read more
My first time trying Arby?s was at this location and the customer service was amazing which is why I decided to go try them... again! The staff is very knowledgeable of the menu and don?t mind answering my questions on certain items! Chasity and Heatherare phenomenal and provide great customer service!
