We just had a large group of 30 people for dinner to celebrate a special anniversary. The food was fantastic and Lisa, our... server gave us top notch service. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommend!!! Read more
This establishment is absolutely amazing. We come here frequently when in Algonquin park and the surrounding area. The people... are super friendly and personable. There is a nice patio in the back and quite a bit of seating inside. They have an excellentselection of draft beer which we definitely had a few of. The food is definitely worth the price and is delicious. We just gotout of a 10 day trip in the park and were starving. We started with the escargot which was supurb. We got the 16oz t-bonespecial with corn on the Cobb, veggies and a loaded baked potato plus a side Greek salad. After being completely stuffed wedecided to order dessert to go. We got the whisky cherry cheese cake and the pecan flann. I cannot express how delicious both ofthese were!!! This restaurant is highly recommended and is a must stop if you are in the area! Just dined there June 15th. Incredibly over-priced! Both had rib eye's that were so thin and tough...not a rib eye that I would... BBQ..mine is thick, as it should be!!! Caesar salad was good, but add an extra $1.99 for bacon. Really, anyone who knows food, bacon is always an ingredient of a Caesar salad. The best was an extra $3.99 for an ounce of peppercorn sauce that came withSirloin special!!!!!! Not worth the PRICE! Read more
Was staying at a nearby inn, so came here for dinner after a long-day hiking. Probably one of the top choices in the area. We... came right before the snowstorm hit so it was just our table and one other regular sitting at the bar. The place was verychill. Food was ok. The deep fried clamaro and my Muskoka Burger were authentic but not impressive. Service was nice, thewaitress girl was friendly. I'd recommend this place if you are with one of the inns in this area and not planning to travelfar to dine. Read more

The food was okay, but quite overpriced. The philly cheese steak had good meat and baguette, the house soup was tasty. The big... pretzel was sadly just an average size and not worth the price. The server was nice and friendly. All in all an okay place onthe way when one doesn't want to stray far from the cabins nearby, but mostly too expensive. Read more
