Waited a good half hour for my food, not impressed
This Harveys has improved dramatically over the last year. No long waits or closed drive thru anymore when it is busy.
I always order through the Harvey's app and never have to wait. Property seems a little run down with broken fences and a tired... store front. The drive thru window has been broken (cracked) for as long as I can remember. Fortunately the food is good whichkeeps me coming back. Read more
Terrible customer service, the employee taking the order was very condescending and rude and the employees putting the order... together were ignoring any requests. The food was also below what I?ve experienced at other Harveys. Read more
This Harvey?s needs a manager. The booths at the front of the restaurant were all filthy dirty and the washrooms were disgusting... as well. My husband said he had to use his shirt to open the door as the mens washroom smelt like urine and there were no papertowels to dry your hands. Read more
It's Harvey's, so it's got that going for it. It's got a drive through and rest rooms. Always a strategic stop on roadtrips to... load up on beautiful things. Also being attached to swiss chalet means I can ask for chalet sauce poutine. You've welcome forthat idea. Added bonus, Tim's next door and gas at the corner. Placed our order for dinner today at the Huntsville location and were disappointed to see the restaurant seating only open for a... small amount of customers to eat inside. Approximately 60% of the tables had been shoved to the side and chairs placed on topand it was not very pleasant to see when you first walk inside. Restaurants are now open to full capacity but this one choosesnot to. Because all the tables were taken, we had to leave and take our food to-go. Read more
