I must say, they have improved immensely. Two years ago during Thanksgiving we had their chicken parmesan and it was literally... the worst restaurant food I have ever had. The service sucked and I seem to remember getting sick from it Went tonight to givethem another shot and the service and food rocked it. Good job with the improvement guys. Read more

Fabulous food. Perfectly cooked. Cathy is one of the best servers we have ever had anywhere. Chicken Parmigiana is to die... for. Great salads and soups. Great value for the amount and quality. Worth the drive to Huntsville. Read more

I've never been yelled at by a server before but today it happened. Cathy who claims to be a manager served us tonight. She was... very busy and we completely understood. However, she didn't bring us bread until we asked, was rude when we asked for things orcorrected her on bringing the wrong salad. She never checked in us, didn't bring more bread, didn't refill drinks. Which isn'tgreat but I get it She is busy. At the end our baby got fussy so my husband took her to the car while I waited to pay. I had toask 3 times for the bill. Finally I stood up and said I was leaving and needed to pay. This is when she started to yell,claiming I never asked... I did. That I was rushing her.. I wasn't I waited 15mins after my husband left. And that I was beingrude. I wasn't. I was calm and collected and waited as long as I could. She then made a seen and told me to leave after Ifollowed her over to where the machines are. I left crying. Bad staff. We arrived at 7.38pm on the 9th of October 2022 (thanksgiving Eve), because Google said this place stays open till... 9pm. Prior to coming here, I tried calling the restaurant to make sure that they had tables available (one other restaurant hadsaid they were closing an hour earlier) but no one picked up. When we reached, we were waiting in line just inside the door tobe catered to- there was a group of 4 and a couple in front of us. From the entrance, I could definitely see at least 3 tablesempty on the right hand side (from out view). All of us waited at least 10 minutes for someone to even notice us. The staff (ayoung girl and a man) allowed the first two groups to go in and then told us we would have a 40 min wait to get a table and thatthey'd be closing at 8.30pm so they wouldn't be able to give us a table- "but you can wait for 40 min, it's your choice". Theirexact words. So we decided to leave. As soon as we got into the car, we saw a family of 4 exit the restaurant and get into theircar. That's when we realized we were probably lied to - why would someone say 40 min when it's clear someone is going to leaveor have finished their meal? Such unprofessional and awful customer service. And I could clearly sense racism from the staff,because I had seen THREE empty tables from the reception area. At that point, when we saw the family leave from our car, we hadthe choice to go back in - but we didn't because I don't want to give such a place my business. On the way in we had to wait about 10 mins to be seated. A person came and greated us. On our way to be seated we were told... they were short staff but doing OK. Our server took our order promptly. We ordered a salad and soup. We started eating ourbread and the sides came. As we were enjoying the salad and soup the mains came out way to quickly. I asked at that time foranother bread. We never saw our server until we were done our meal. When he asked if we were done my wife said were is thebread we asked for. Oh its in the oven. Then returned with one. My pop was empty and I was never asked if I would like arefill. I understand they were working short but the service was not very good. The main pasta came out a bit to quickly butthe service was the main disappointed today. Read more

By far the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. It started off with our super unprofessional and unfriendly... server Larissa who didn’t even bother welcoming us or explaining the all-you can eat menu. We asked her a few questionsregarding food on the menu and she replied that she wasn’t sure (instead of just going to the kitchen and doublechecking) Without asking our preferences, she brought random salads to the table, without even specifying which ones were which.After that, we asked for the garlic bread included in the menu, that should have been brought before the salads and she replied,“I didn’t bring it because since some are having pizza, it wouldn’t make sense to bring garlic bread with pizza”. Excuseme! What? If it’s included, you bring it, period. Or at least ask if we’re interested in having it with the pizza! Don’tassume no one wants it. Anyways, the garlic bread ended up coming at the END of the meal basically. As did the dips for thepizza. During our meal, NEVER did she ask if everything was ok, if we were satisfied or in need of anything else. Had she asked,I would have asked her if the pizza was supposed to come so undercooked (image above). She obviously noticed I left leftoverpizza full of tomato sauce, but she never cared to ask a thing. While we were still eating, she rushed us, asking TWICE in 5minutes if we needed take-out boxes to pack our food! A few minutes later she asked how we were splitting bills (again-we werestill eating. You either ask at the beginning or at the end. Not during a meal!!!) Right away she brings us our bills and themachine with some of us STILL eating our mains, without even asking if anyone wanted any dessert or anything else for thatmatter! At this time we were all utterly in shock with her poor service!!! The restaurant was basically empty so needing spacefor new guests was certainly not the reason for her rushing us and neither was the time because it was still around 7:30pm. Sheover-lo Read more

So as another reviewer mentioned, we showed up with two kids. Sorry, we are "running low" you can only have one kids menu. I... don't care much but seems unlikely 3 months later still rationing menus. Then my kid orders one of the drinks on the menu. Sorry only have 1 of the 4 available. The kids go to order. They want sliders, nope sorry we don't have those either. Servicewas a little slow, but not terribly so. Food is about what you expect. Honestly, not overly impressed. It's a familyrestaurant, I felt like the kids were treated as a second thought/nuisance. Probably not coming back. Read more
