Food is hot and fresh. We had 4 in our party and it took 30 minutes to receive order. Self serve ketchup was empty and messy.
This used to be the best McDonalds.. probably the best in NWA but let me just say I?m extremely upset with customer service and... my food and drink. They?re remodeling outside of the building right now so the drivethru pay window is inaccessible to the pointyou have to back up and/or get out of your car to pay. I should?ve just walked in the front door because after I got my food, Ihad to walk inside and politely request new, fresh food to be made because mine was so cold that I couldn?t eat it. They?remade? my breakfast and just heated up the bacon and the McGriddle ???? Lol the cheese and egg was still cold. I?m gonna goahead and stop there because I could keep complaining all day but listen, this was my first interaction of the day and now I?mout here mean mugging because I?m hungry. Burgers are so greasy the paper wrap is slimy with it. Order 5 burgers 2 ketchup only got two plain and three smothered so bad... in ketchup that you couldn't even pick it up without having to wash your hands. Fries are often cold and soggy or only halfdone. If there was anywhere else to eat in this town i would go there. Read more
Complaint about the boy who closed the store in Huntsville, AR. tonight. My fiancé and I were driving through town and pulled... in the gas station parking lot next to the McDonald?s lot. We were eating our Taco Bell (which is what I assume offended him) sohe approached our vehicle and very aggressively said we were on McDonald?s property and had to leave. I asked where the signswere and of course there were none. Words were exchanged and we decided to leave so things didn?t escalate. I?ll be calling hissupervisor tomorrow as well as the corporate office to make a formal complaint. Unbelievable Read more
Pulled up at 10:55 just wanted something to drink and they ignored us in the drive-through before shutting down. Thank God the... taco bell across the gas station has some manners and better service. Read more
Bathrooms need cleaned in a bad, bad way. Bulk ketchup dispenser had bad ketchup, and they were out of tea in the lobby. Food... was fine. Very busy location so some of this is to be expected. Read more
This was a great place to get a quick bite to eat on the road! The food was hot and ready to eat when we got it and tasted... wonderful. The employees were friendly and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's hungry! Very good for aMacDonald's. Read more
