I will not support any business that has kids out in the cold taking orders without any warming gear at least. As I proceed to... the window for my food I asked to speak with the manager. I downloaded the app to receive a free Zax snak meal. The reward never popped up under the rewards tab. I called the location... closest to me and they said that they can?t just give the meal away for free because it?s not popping up on the app. I believethis is false advertisement and will be deleting the app because of this incident. I placed my order in the app at 5:25 with a pickup time of 5:35. At 6:01, my order still wasn't pready. I asked the manager... about my order at 6:02 and his exact words to me, "I don't know where your order is, I'm working the drive-thru", then he walksoff. I said to him as he walked off, as the manager, I thank you for your service. I was not rude to him & very much could havebeen, but chose to take the high road instead. I'm very dissatisfied with this experience & WILL NOT be back to this particularZaxby's. This is the second time that I've had a bad experience at this one. Then we asked for corporate number she said it wouldn't do ANY GOODbc they are privately owned!?
