We waited 10 mins at the front of the line for our order to be taken and then another 30 minutes before we got our food. The... food we got was incorrect so I took and back and asked for it to be corrected. I was ignored for 5 minutes while the frontcounter lady put ranch away until the cook told her I was standing there. She and another cook made it seem like I didn?t orderBBQ wings even though that?s what it said on the receipt. The cook said that it was my fault that it was wrong!!! Even afterseeing the receipt. She finally decided to remake my food and the entire time grumbled about me having an attitude even though Iwas only asking for my food to be correct. I went to Zaxby?s and I ordered a Cobb salad and added a tender and I get this sad excuse of a salad and I told the girl at the... window Who I won?t say the name cause that?s not the point. The point is that is I said it wasn?t right and she?s told me ?itwas in there? without looking or offering me an extra tender that I had already paid for. Pay more but get less. Bought a boneless wings and things.. I could only eat the tenders due to the boneless wings being old and... not edible. Disappointed.. depending on what time you go you never know what to expect. I know it was later in the night but Ihate that the quality is questionable. Read more

Zaxby?s used to be my favorite fried chicken place all around. However, during my last two orders, the quality and the quantity... of their food sky dived. My order of boneless wings and things, which used to be an absolute delight and super delicious, twoweeks ago had 3 tiniest, thinnest fried chicken strips imaginable. It looked like a sad joke. And the wings taste like sewageand smelled like it? Yesterdays? order from another location had those tiny thin chickens but now there were only 2? and thewings were just ok this time. I guess because of the inflation or whatever the reason, they decided to cut back on quality andquantity. Since I have had trouble with the location in Madison, I decided to give this Zaxby's location a try. I ordered food inside for... me and my son. The young lady named Lanae' was kind and didn't mess up my order. We ate inside and got our order fast. I don't know how Zaxby's has gone so down hill but it has. My food was awful, but I didn't complain because they wouldn't care... anyways lol My fries were over cooked and pathetic, no seasoning at all.
