At LAST a wings restaurant in Huntsville which knows what "hot" means! I was warmly greeting by the lady at the counter and... gave my order. There were around 3 other tables with orders or pending others. I observed the area was clean and no tables werewaiting to be bussed, despite the counter lady being the only person working the floor. I took my table, and having seen onereviewer mention slow service, so I set a timer. I noted a fairly constant flow of pickup orders which I assume were mostlyordered before I came in. My order was served hot and in 20 minutes (completely acceptable, IMO). I ordered their two hottestvarieties, Atomic and Mango Habanero with fries. The "Atomic" wings are their hottest, and they were good, but a little onedimensional. The Mango Habanero were a wonderful balance of sweetness and heat. They were GREAT. The food was great. I wish I could have given them 5 stars. When I got home with my order my boneless wings for my combo were... not in my bag and I was missing fries for another combo. I live across town so I was not going back to get my missing items. Itried calling the phone number listed online and it redirects your call to a different number and the voice mail is full. I alsowent online to file a complaint with the store 3 days ago and I have not heard anything from the anyone. Please check your bagbefore leaving the store. I paid $45.00 for 3 combo meals and waited almost 30 minutes for my order so I was upset to get homeand my food was not in the bag. Thanks! Read more
I dined at Wing Stop today after I had left the restaurant several months ago without my food. I decided to give them a second... chance since I really do like their food. I arrived and found the store was not busy at all. There were 6 employees in thekitchen so I felt like I would get my order pretty quick. My order was immediately taken and I went to find a table in thedinning room. The dinning room Was not clean but it was not terrible. I sit down and my food did arrive within about 7 minutes. The sandwich was hot and cooked well, but the fries were cold. I decided not to complain and just ate my cold fries. Uponfinishing my meal I looked for a garbage can to put my trash. I had ordered the food to eat at the restaurant but it came outin a To-Go bag. I looked around and as two of the employees engaged in conversation at the counter. I finally dropped thegarbage in a trash can behind the counter and neither employee ever said a word. I left the business at that time and walkeddirectly past the two employee still engaged in conversation and neither one thanked me for my order. They really need muchbetter management because I am pretty sure one of the two employees that were at the front counter were a manager. Read more
Good luck trying to get anyone at this store on the phone. I had a major ordering issue where 1/4 of my items were not in my... order that I ordered online. I tried calling the location multiple times but only was able to leave a voicemail. Even afterleaving a voicemail, I never received a callback. If you?re ordering here, make sure to take the two minutes to double checkyour order. Sad to such poor service from a Wing Stop location, which consistently has good quality food IMO. Read more

Take out - August 1, 2022 New store - first time I?ve ever visited the chain. Fries: Oil soaked and limp as noodles.... Nasty! Original Hot wings: temperature was warm. Skin was mushy and rubbery. I love this place. Best place in town for wings, tenders, and chicken sandwiches, unless you are looking for smoked wings. I... tried their chicken sandwich this time and it was juicy and flavorful. Make sure that you take the time to eat it there or bringit home yourself to make sure it is hot since you can't guarantee that with delivery services. Best fries and ranch as well.
