I had the worse experience ordering carry out from Wingstop. I have never contacted corporate, but just did and will also be... contacting the Better Business Bureau. I placed a carry out order in person after a family that had two separate orders. A ladyimmediately placed an order after me. The family get their order about 15 minutes after they placed. The staff was definitelybusy with online orders and food delivery service orders, so I don?t think anything about it when other people start gettingtheir food ahead of me. The lady after me gets her order. I tell myself that she must have a smaller order and keep waitingpatiently. Two more people come and order at the counter, in addition to more online orders and door dashes picked up. The twolater counter orders get their food. More time passes and the restaurant has cleared out of everybody except the family who isnow having birthday cake. A worker comes to me and asks if I am the 100 wing order. I say, ?No. I only ordered a family pack.? Iwatch her go back and search through the completed tickets, search through the new tickets, search the floor. By this point,I?ve walked to the counter and say, ?Do you need to see my receipt,? thinking it will help them. When I pull out my receipt, Isee the time stamp. I?ve been in the store over 50 minutes now. They say, ?no,? and pull it up on the computer. No one saysanything to me. I?m waiting again. No one has apologized or even acted like they care or said we?ll have your order as soon aspossible. I?m left wondering what is going on. I still haven?t complained yet. Finally a worker comes back with someone else?sorder. I ask, ?Did you lose my order because I?ve been waiting over 50 minutes for my food?? This is the first ?complaint? I?vesaid. She says, ?no,? and grabs a receipt to show me a time stamp to argue the time I?ve been waiting. I have to tell her thatis not my order and show her my receipt which is a thirty minute difference. This location is GHETTO and customer service is HORRIBLE ! I will not be back ! I picked up my order that I placed online. 50... piece wings paid $65 for a total of 30 wings. I was shorted 20 wings and didn?t realize it till I got home. I just assumed Iwould have the correct count of wings called to get it situated just to get attitudes. I didn?t even want my money back. I justwantes the ones I was missing. Store manager is out of town I?m supposed to get a call back tomorrow. Hopefully she makes itright but sad to say I will NOT buy from this location again. Drink station smells horrible. Spider webs and mold. It's obvious no one cleans it or services the drink machine. It smells so... so bad and highchairs and condiment containers have bugs and spiders. A couple other patrons noticed the smell as well. Wenormally order on doordash so have never been in here but I picked up an order today- actually here now- and the smell isnauseating. Had plans to bring my kids here but I'd have to deep clean the highchair before even thinking of using it for mychild. Read more
Wanted to give this place a try a couple of months ago. A coworker and I stopped for lunch and placed orders for wings, fries,... and a couple of drinks. During our wait we witnessed a homeless gentleman staggering through the dining room and vomiting inand near the bathrooms. This was not the restaurant's fault, of course. I felt truly terrible for the guy but didn't know how tohelp him. I spoke to one of the staff who said he's unstable and tends to come in from time to time. After about 45 minutes, weeach received our meals. The wings had far too much seasoning on them, tasted more of salt than meat. And as many others havereported, the ice machine was not operational. I ordered from wing stop in San Antonio regularly and missed them so much! WHEN I saw that we had one in our area I had to have... some! The wings were a lot bigger than I expected. So delicious and hit the spot! My fries were a little soggy but I tooklonger to pick up so that's probably on my end. Still tasty nonetheless. The restaurant was clean and looked like things wererunning in order. Will definitely be back. Read more
Love the food, but always check the bag to make sure you got any extra sauces you ordered. That's the only issue I keep running... into. Other than that, you can't beat their combos and their fries will forever be my favorite Read more
I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing. I got half garlic Parmesan, which were amazing. And the other half atomic. I can usually... handle spicy food but these wings are truly some of the spiciest/hottest wings I have ever had. If you love spicy foods, thenyou definitely need to try the atomic wings Read more
If zero was an opposition one star wouldn't be shown This location supervisor is unprofessional. I ordered a ten piece wing... meal with a brownie total meal over twenty dollar. Brownie was missing from the sealed brown paper wing stop bag. I given thelocation a call regarding the missing brownie . The supervisor stated "You are a liar because I know I put the brownie insidethe bag because I've been running the line all week." I advised the supervisor while remaining calm. "It was only a brownie andnot the entire meal" along with stating her tone and language/ choice of words was very unprofessional She notice a calm toneand professionalism was to much for her to handle so she hung up in my ear.
