Hey Wendy's the pandemic is OVER. Open your dining room. Or do you really think you're making more $$$ by not supplying inside... counter help and cleaning? Maybe you should count all the drive aways that refuse to wait in your drive thru line. Your drivethru staff know they don't have to face your customers with order issues, so there is really NO accountability to do a goodjob... and they are not doing a good job. OPEN YOUR DINING ROOM. The location at 6102 University Dr NW, Huntsville, AL 35806 has terrible food service with the absolute worst customer service.... Doors are ALWAYS locked though they say they are open. App doesn't tell you the lobby is closed so you get to wait an additional30 minutes to get food from the drive thru you ordered through the app. Instead of posting a sign on the drive thru menu thattheir system is down and they can't take orders - they will let people wait in line at the drive thru just to tell each personthey can't take orders. Driving the extra distance to the location in Madison is well worth it - avoid this one if you can. Read more
Ordered on mobile app for convenience. Went in the door dash/delivery door to get order. Was put out told to use drive thru. Had... paid already left no food no money back until I reached out to customer care. Read more
Long wait, but food was good. Only complaint is when I was at the payment window two employees a woman and a guy were standing... there with the window open cussing up a storm. Very unprofessional to cuss like that in front of customers. Read more
The food I received was cold . Paying 20 bucks for two combos to only be giving food that was sitting under a hot plate for a... while is a no go for me. I love Wendy?s the customer service was great. Management please push for better quality of food. Read more
First time trying this Wendy's locatin in HUNTSVILLE! I was excited to Dine-in this fast food restaurant but unfortunately it... was closed! Which was the only thing that I didn't like about it. We had to drive through, there was a long line we waited for awhile to get our food but it worth it very tasty Burger and fries. The service was fast, I noticed that employees were tryingtheir best because it was very crowded they did a good job under that much pressure, the women cashier that works at drivethrough was very nice and friendly wish her all the best. 1/23/2021 I went to Wendy's right before heading to work and got a classic bacon egg and cheese with an orange juice. Upon... leaving I started eating my food. After 2 bites I realized that the food taste weird, took a look at my food and the eggs weregreen. I took the food back and the lady at the window asked what I had no apology nothing. She bought me another sandwich and Imade sure to check it before leaving the drive thru and the bread was molded. I call the lady back to the window and let herknow they need to check their food before sending it out and she caught an attitude with me.
