Food was what was expected, 3 stars is for other issues. Place wasn?t the cleanest, all three trash cans where over capacity and... tables hadn?t been waited in a while. Might have been short staffed as it too a while to order and get food. Still no excusefor cleanliness. Read more
This is normally my favorite Wendy?s location. Tonight (Friday at 9:30) they are OUT of spicy chicken sandwiches, OUT of French... fries and so I asked to buy a couple of their cookies. Guess what, they?re out (they just GAVE the last two to some kids).Tonight was also the dirtiest I?ve ever seen this Wendy?s. Dave must be whirling in his grave. Read more
This was my first time to this Wendy's location. I generally like their food and the value. The food was as expected on this... visit, it was the service that needed improvement. Granted, I had a large order, but it took entirely too long to prepare,then it was wrong, and missing several items. The dining area also needed to be cleaned. It was not busy or a peak time whenwe visited. I like Wendy's and will return, they just need to improve their service. Read more
We dined inside and it was dirty, floors were sticky, tables were not cleaned so we had to wipe ours down. My salad was good but... my boyfriend didn't like his burger and fries. He said they were dry like they had been sitting there a while. Read more
