I don?t write reviews but felt the need to?Growing up my family had a restaurant so I tend to extend more grace than... most. MAYBE it was the gym clothes, but I was completely ignored, no one said hello & I did not feel welcome. Giving it a 2because I am fair - the menu was extensive & seemed to be a cool spot, but unfortunately was never acknowledged or served, so Iwalked out. I looked in the mirror when I left to make sure I wasn?t invisible then I realized?MAYBE the Cow is Cozy with somecognitive biases? 300+ reviews CAN?T be wrong, right? MAYBE you?ll have better luck? I'm always excited to try out new restaurants. Although this eatery isn't new and has been around for years, I've always passed... the location. However, the weather was beautiful today, and I wanted to work and eat outside. So, I decided to try out the CozyCow. I arrived at the restaurant around 11:00 am, attempting to beat the lunch crowd. However, I was not greeted upon enteringthe establishment, which was no big deal at first. Four people were seated and waiting for food. The wait allowed me to reviewthe six-page printed menu, which was placed in a three-ring binder. There were a lot of options to choose from, which made meeven more excited about my lunch decision. After five minutes, I started to get a little antsy. Then, realizing out of the fourladies working, not ONE greeted or acknowledged me. Did they see me standing at the counter? Ha! Yes, the restaurant isapproximately 900 square feet, and I'm 5'11. Of course, they saw me. To make matters worse, three city dignitaries walked in. Ialready knew how things would play out, and boy, was I right! As soon as they walked in, they were assisted immediately. Ibelieve the men called in their order, but that should not matter. I was standing at the counter for TEN minutes withoutservice. I checked my parking ticket to confirm my wait time. I was in the restaurant for ten minutes!!! What a sweet little coffee shop. It's located right in the heart of downtown behind the children's museum. There are only a few... tables but we were able to score one for my chicken and berry salad and my daughter's side of mac and cheese. Both items werereally tasty and fresh. They have a great selection of coffee, alternative milks (almond, oat, soy, etc. ) and tons of sugarfree syrups. For dessert my daughter had a little cup of ice cream with sprinkles. I had a very generous slice of cinnamon rollbread pudding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next time we're in the area. Read more

Great sandwiches (soups, paninis & burgers too) lots of bread options too. I got a smoked Turkey on cranberry walnut bread. They... offer coffee, lattes and frappes with a ton of syrups to play with , I got a London fog latte. Overall a great stop with greatfood and reasonable rates. Read more
I can't say enough good things about the Cozy Cow. Excellent Sugar Free French Vanilla Latte, Excellent Turkey Ruben, Good... Macaroni and Cheese, a bit oily for my taste. The staff is absolutely wonderful, overly accommodating, they met me in theparking garage to show me the handicapped way in. However, I can't say enough bad things about Building Handicappedaccommodation, they absolutely SUCK. Accessibility is there but hidden, not marked, not noticeable at all, NOT findable on yourown. Even the restroom, one stall has handicapped bars the other does not. The one with bars was occupied when I arrived, sincethe one with bars does not indicate handicapped I used the one without. Not until I struggled using the restroom and came outdid I realize I could have waited and used the one with bars without struggling, it isn't marked! I believe the lack ofmarkings alone puts the building in violations of ADA Regulations! If you need handicapped entrance and want to go to the CozyCow, especially if you are entering from Big Springs, call for instructions, I did, the staff is GREAT! I gave the Cozy Cow 5stars, they deserve it! Their landlord deserves -5 stars. I am guessing their landlord is the City of Huntsville. Read more
