Decent but not great. It used to be better. Tenders are pretty small. Friendly staff though and short wait in the drive thru.
My wife and I met up here for lunch, we ordered to go, got in our vehicles headed back to work to notice the food was old and... luke warm. I door dashed tenders today, and the refused to fill my order. They said that ?they?d not really use door dash that much, and... the pricing is different on the app than in store so we wont be able to do anything about it or complete the order? they alsodidn?t contact me to tell me or cancel the order. They waited for the driver to arrive and tell them they wouldn?t fill theorder unless the driver paid more after they already accepted it. I get that prices go up but if you?re going to put yourbusiness on a delivery app you should fill the order and then contact the app to change your pricing on the app or don?t acceptthe order at all. Now I have to wait 5-7 days to get a refund of the $55 I spent. Not to mention the girl I spoke with on thephone was so rude and unprofessional and didn?t care to help at all. Read more
I?ve been in Huntsville for 7 years and Tenders has been one of my favorite spots over that time. With that being said, I?ve... noticed the quality of food decline. Most times now, the food is barely warm and the pieces of chicken are tiny. I feel like I?mgetting scraps because instead of tenders, I get very small pieces with hardly any meat. Read more
