I'm a huge fan of this place. Wonderfully situated on the square in Providence Village. Fresh, fast and friendly service... during our visit for dinner. I ordered the Redneck (pork) Tacos which were fabulous and very flavorful. I chose a side of blackbeans that were very good! Taco Mama in the Village of Providence, Alabama was located in a beautiful, quaint, trendy area of Huntsville. We were greeted... with friendly, helpful staff. The atmosphere was fun and clean. I was excited about trying the tacos here. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. When you come in, you make your... order, the give you a number and bring the food to your table. I like that concept because you won't have to wait on yourserver. I believe my food was brought to my table about 10 minutes, no more than 15 minutes, after ordering. I ordered theAlabama Redneck, The Sizzler, and the Justice Is Served shrimp taco. I ordered the fried founder Justice is Served taco, aswell, but my server didn't put in the order. I also ordered the Watermelon Margarita because it's seasonal. My friend and Iboth thought that the tacos where underwhelming. The meat and the guac had absolutely no taste.... very bland. It wasdisappointing because they looked really good and the combinations were so appealing. However, the Watermelon Margarita wasreally good. It's not a sweet drink at all because they use fresh watermelon, but it was VERY refreshing. I don't think I'llbe back, but they also sell other items that I'd be willing to try if I do return.
