Old ingredients, stale tortillas to the point that soft tortillas were as hard as hard taco shells. Recommend absolutely not... going to this location unless they decide to fix it. General advice for fast food in recent times, if the interior is closed, donot eat there. Read more
I deliver for doordash so this visit was to pick up an order. Ever since the pandemic I have not been able to personally go to... taco bell because the doors are always locked and only the drive thru is open. I had cancer in 2008 and lost my voice due to it.I can't use the drive thru to order. So on this order it's my job so I had to wait in line and then I have to pass up the orderspeaker and go directly to the window. The employee opened the window and asked me what my problem was so I did my usual motionshowing that I have a speech handicap and showed him the order on my phone which showed all the info and that it was doordash sohe looked at it and said nothing and slammed the window. A few minutes later he said I had to pull around to the front and wait,should I did. 10 minutes later the manager come out with my order and I told him about the treatment I received and asked forthat employees name and would not give it to me even after asking several times nor would he give me his. I used to love tacobell and will only go there there if I absolutely have to so I don't get negative marks on my record. Read more
placed an order online to pick up in store, they locked the door when i pulled up. came out and asked me what my order was.... waited 45 minutes, no food. waited another 20 minutes in drive through to be told "your order isnt in our system. sorry, nothingwe can do about it" even though i was already charged and had the email receipt DONT BOTHER CALLING CUSTOMER SUPPORT! They arent24/7 so now i have to spend my lunch break tomorrow getting my money back this location is horrible and needs better management Read more
Ordered 4 chicken soft tacos with fire sauce. First employee at the window was at least friendly. Sent me around to park in the... front of the restaurant, no big deal. Second employee came to the door and actually waved me out of my car to walk to him to getmy food... I went to the drive through for a reason. Got in the car noticed that they didn't give me not one fire sauce, but ahandful of mild.. Irritating but hey, at least I got some sauce.. Opened first taco not even warm and tortilla literallycrunches.. Is supposed to be a chicken SOFT taco, but these things have been sitting so long that the tortillas became hard! Andit wasn't just the first one... All 4 were like that! Absolutely ridiculous. Only reason they got even one star was bc the firstemployee was at least friendly. I will absolutely not be returning to this taco bell. You don't go to taco bell and expectquality, but this was far below expectations. Even for them. Read more
This place is horrendous. They apparently have about about 2 people in their staff every night so if you order food from here be... ready to wait in a 10 car line that?s gonna take you about 30 minutes to get the singular item of food you ordered. Judging from the reviews, they're correct!!! First off they were out of everything! Tomatoes, sour cream, you name it, they were... out of it. I ordered a bean burrito, man when I got home, opened it, there were no beans! It looked like slop and vomit!! Thatburrito was floppy af!!! The manager need to read the reviews on that establishment. Pure garbage! I also ordered a soft chickentaco, there was two pieces of meat in it with a lot of lettuce. I will not go back to this particular location. Read more
Placed a $60 order online to pick up. When I pulled up to get my order this location was closed and they somehow still took the... money from my card. I don?t see how that?s possible to order from a place that?s not even open like they say.Waisted my time andmoney driving there. And I will say TacoBell is not what it used to be, the food quality had gone downhill and what you get doesnot look like what is pictured at all! False advertisement.Hardly any ingredients and not what you?d expect. ?You get what youpay for??..well not here you don?t. This is a picture from a previous visit, it?s supposed to be a cheesy Gorditacrunch?where?s the cheese? And bread not even cooked. Last pic is what they advertise.
