New building...same service. They run out of something (like roast beef), but refuse to offer you extra ham or turkey on your... club sandwich. They're still willing to charge you full price, just not willing to give anything to benefit the customer. Read more
This location isnt good. They always skimp on the meats to force meat upcharges and they deny coupon promotions from Subway that... dont benefit them. There is usually a paper sign they put up on display nullifying most of Subways national deals due tofranchise ownership caveats etc. Read more
The sandwich was soooo good! The restaurant is very clean and the employees are very friendly. They also accept coupons unlike... the Subway inside of Walmart on Sparkman Dr. My sandwich was 10 dollars and some change at this location, but the Subway insideof Walmart was charging 11.99 before taxes for the exact same sandwich. Well first of all I had to wait forever just for 3 footlong sandwiches. And then notice only 2 people working. I was probably... sitting at drive through window 25 to 30 min. Then I notice they make 3 footlong sandwiches but they aren't mine. The line gotso long. I do believe you need more then 2 employees running the whole place. Then got home and my order was wrong, I orderedtoasted bread which it wasn't, also no onion but got onion. So upon sitting at the drive thru window having... a clear conversation with NICK the manager who took my order .. about the coupons they do or don?t take and how he couldn?t takemy photo coupons.. so upon him getting flustered with me he tell another young lady that?s working in there TO COME TAK TO YOURPEOPLE ? as in my find of race ?
