Food was good, but I ordered for a future delivery and it came ASAP which was an hour earlier than I wanted it.
I?ve ordered here for years they?ve always been great but they price their selves so high that is not even economical to eat... here anymore. Ordered the SMALL steak tips meal and a Parmesan chicken meal for PICK UP not delivered and it cost over $35.That?s Absolutely ridiculous damn near $40 for two people to eat fast food . If I could give zero Stars I would. We tried to order on my birthday which was Tuesday May 24th after the line ?being busy for... almost 2 hours I started calling at 6:45 I finally got through at 8:30, I placed my order for delivery, it was $47 and somechange. After I placed my order I get a call back from the girl that took my order, telling me that they did not deliver to myaddress after dark (of course I have lived in the same place for 3 years and get steak out 5 or 6 times a year and I know theyhave delivered several times after dark. The manager (Lawrence) then gets on the phone with me and tells me that has been policyfor 6 years. I told him he was not telling the truth that he just did not want to mess with my order since it was so late. The last time we ordered from there was a lil disappointing.... The steak tips were a lil tough grainy,our salad was spot on... ???? The baked potato was delish with a perfect amount of sour cream,(real bacon)bacon bits,shredded cheese ndbutter???????????? Delicious...if the steak was more tender I'd give em a perfect 5*****s.. This is my review of my food on Saturday 10/01/22. When I order online it ask how I want the steak cooked and I always have 1... that is well done and 3 that is medium rare. My bill was $95 because we had 4 slices of chocolate cake and 2 lg steak tips 1reg steak tips and 1 lunch steak tips. Everybody's steak tips were cooked past well done. The meat was over cooked and tough. It was a disappointment because typically the meat is always cooked the same way. I guess there was a new cook or the meat wasforgotten about during cooking. Whatever happened when the meat was cooking I don't want to have that experience again. Nobodywant over cooked steak. I live 25m away in Meridianville. If I lived closer I would've brought the food back for you all toremake it. I'll be bk so please just do better next time. Thank you! Read more
