This is the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. It easily will take me 10-15 minutes to go through. Sat in line on 10/12/2022 for over 25 min to get my order. One car sat there for 10 min for one drink. Next car was 7 mins for... one drink. It?s also one of those drive-thrus you can?t get out of, so once you?re in it, you?re committed. Guy at the windowwas nice so hence the 2 stars. Read more
Barista was great a making suggestions. They were a little under staffed for the time of day. Person preparing drinks was... percise in making them but seemed a little frustrated and had a sharpness to her voice when she spoke. Read more
Claire makes the best shaken espressos, the whole team here is amazing! Spencer has such a bubbly personality and McCray kills... it on bar! Me and my husband went through the drive thru after work around 6:30pm. The line was long, but they had two wonderful people... working: Wes and Madeline. They were the only two in the store and they were cranking the line through like champs ????. It tooka little longer than usual to get our order, but honestly that didn't matter, we gave them a tip because they were so so sosweet and doing their absolute best. Above average experience compared to my last visit. Always great coffee. Baristas are friendly. Bathroom room ok. Can use some... work as I came pretty early. Cafe area clean. Lots of places to sit. A lot of people come through here since they closed theother one. Great for people watching. Lots of selection of accessories like coffee mugs and travel ones too specializing in hotand cold beverages. Of course, they also have various choices of ground coffee bags. Decent prices. Posted hours are veryconvenient. Can?t miss Starbucks sign off Governor?s. Just be careful going in and out. Some drivers don?t follow the rules andtry to exit out and make a right on Governor?s causing chaos at times. Overall, good experience and definitely recommend. Read more
