Our food and coffee were excellent. Second time here in last 6 months. Both times we received coffee cups where the lids are... loose. It?s not this store?s issue as the lids don?t snap on. Beware. In our first visit I spilled coffee on my lap. I was readythis time. When I picked up my Venti coffee on the counter in the Starbucks the lid immediately popped off. Any slight squeezeof the cup causes the top to pop right off. Read more
Super friendly. I ordered a large extra caramel frappe and it was great. The employee told me to try a dark caramel frappe cuz... it was about the same as ordering an extra caramel and it was super good. Having stopped in Starbucks while traveling all over the country I think this is the slowest one in the whole country. Put in... an order through the app for a Marshmallow Dream Bar and a Venti cold nitro brew. They were busy but not busier than many otherlocations when I got there 15 minutes later. They hadn?t started the order when we got there. They ran out of cold brew andtook forever to refill it. In all it took another 15 minutes to get out with that order. This Starbucks is SLOW and when I went the girl taking the orders was not the most welcoming person to say the least. Not to... mention it could use some sprucing up (and my sprucing I mean general cleaning and taking the trash out.) lol! The Starbucks onGovernors Drive is MUCH better. Go there instead if you can? it?s only an 8 min drive from this one maybe not even that longdepending on traffic. Read more
A quick stop in to star bucks was both disappointing and rewarding. I was disappointed because although this Starbucks had... upgraded to preordering and including new items like the plant based sandwich, there were none available. This restaurant waslocated in an easy-to-reach plaza with lots of available parking. The facility was clean with lots of tables for a sit-indining experience, plus outside tables for outside dining. Service was quick, and cashier polite. On top of that, the hotchocolate and scones ordered were delicious - as expected, but that?s the Starbucks way. :-) Read more

very disappointed with a member of their staff. I mobile ordered on a Saturday morning at around 7:30. My estimated pickup time... was 7:45. I walked in at 7:45 and watched her make around 6 drinks and at this point it was around 7:52 and I had somewhere tobe. I kindly asked her if my name was in the system because it was past my estimated pick up time and she responded rudelyletting me know she had 7 other people to tend to in front of me and mine was at the bottom of her list. Then why was myestimated pick up time at 7:45 if it wasn?t going to be ready until 8? I understand people have rough days but her attitude wasvery unnecessary. I ended up cancelling my order after letting them know I couldn?t wait any longer and they immediatelycanceled it with no apology or anything. terrible customer service. Read more
