I sat there for at least 30 minutes waiting for my food, everyone was getting their orders, their was only 2 cars in the... parking, mine and the one who came in after me. Well come to find out they have given all my food to someone else. Alot of freefood for someone!!! They rushed and fixed my order and it wasn't as good as it usually is. As I was pulling out I noticed theywent to the other vehicle and ask them what they had, I guess someone else got his order as well. Also it took me leaning upto see inside before they came out and ask me what I ordered, they were on their cell phones. It was poor service and foodtoday. Read more

Worst meal ever , I always love sonic but our fries were completely burnt to the point where there was no potatoes in it and my... large slushy tasted like cleaning chemicals and dishwashing liquid our tater tots were hard as a rock and my popcorn chickenwere all over cooked too. The people here are so rude, I ordered a Milkshake and they said they were out of whipped cream, I corrected what Milkshake I... ordered because I accidentally said the wrong one, and they said "We are still out of whipped cream". My husband ordered hisMilkshake, they were all out (not employees problem, but the store manager in charge of inventory obviously doesn't care aboutbusiness either). So my husband ordered a different drink and was going to order food, but they IMMEDIATELY closed the order andgave him his total. He tried to stop them, but then an employee came to the window and told him to press the button again tostart a new order, but at this point we no longer wanted the food because of the horrible service, and we considered drivingaway. Then he attempted to pay on the order board, and the screen cut off midway through payment. So we waited for our drinksand the server took our card inside. We got our receipt and I was going to do the customer survey at the bottom, but SURPRISE,the link they give you is broken. I guess sonic as a whole has just gone downhill, very disappointed. Went there last night to get food before I had to be at work. Took them almost 30 minutes to get everything right and then come... to find out my drink was also wrong. Ordered in the app and they brought the food out to us. Only ended up getting my boyfriendsfood and missing mine?? told the carhop person and the manager asked her where she had just taken the food they made?.. she gaveit to the wrong car and then had to make it again. We got 2 drinks and originally only one straw. (For 2 people?) (seriously).Ended up missing the extra stuff I ordered to put in my slushee such as the peach syrup and the nerds candy. While missing myfood they also hardly gave us any sauce for anything. Missing the ranch we ordered and also the ketchup. Tried being nice aboutit and calling to speak with the manager (manager is busy) so I give it 10 minutes call back and immediately the phone says?sorry we can?t answer your call at this time?.? Like they just hung up on when they saw me calling back. While we were waitingon my food to get there we heard one of the carhop people on the phone with someone stating that ?I can?t get high at workanymore? ?? immediately that is an issue?. Granted I do not care what you do with your free time but be professional andactually serve customers right. (Manager possibly knows about her being under the influence but I?m not sure). They seemed shortstaffed but there was more than 3 people there so things should have been right. Granted I would understand if they were busybut they were not at all. Read more

I ordered a strawberry cheesecake shake. It was warm and melted when I got it. Over strawberries and horrible taste, went... straight to the trash. Plus the person delivering took 2 orders out before mine and they ordered after me. It said they weredelivering 6 minutes before they ever delivered and NO they wasn't busy, 4 cars, myself included. Ordered on the mobile app while sitting at a red light 3 minutes away. Pulled up and checked in. It took maybe 6-10 minutes to... get food. And the tater tots were hard and cold. Pressed the button and asked for some fresh hot tots. The carhop asked me totake the hamburger out of the bag and took the tots back in about 5 minutes later a different carhop came out and explainedsince I ordered on the app my food was made before I got there... "UNDERSTOOD BUT I WAS ONLY 3 MINUTES AWAY " and she will giveme some fresh tots this time but next time I will be charged. After all that the Burger was then cold. Nothing like thecommercial or pictures on board. Needless to say, I will not visit this Sonic again...Horrible.... Read more
