I have been sitting at the drive thru window for 15 minutes waiting on a grilled cheese. That's it. They make you sit at the... speaker box for a ridiculous amount of time without welcoming, then you sit at the window waiting for your food for a ridiculousamount of time. A customer should not sit at the speaker box or window for over 5 minutes each time! IT SHOULDN'T TAKE 20MINUTES TO MAKE A GRILLED CHEESE. Read more
Decided to give them a try after having a terrible experience a few months ago. The manager was extremely rude and clearly... didn?t give a F about anything. Ordered ahead on the app and spent over 30 minutes waiting even though the food had been ready.They refused to bring the food out. They told my husband he had to come to the patio to get it. Order was missing items bothtimes. Reached out to corporate last time and they did nothing to rectify the situation. If you?re craving Sonic do NOT go tothis location. Read more

Here to say this is only one of many bad experiences I've had at this restaurant .. I went here on lunch today I asked to place... two separate orders they told me it's not allowed , so I proceeded with 1 order. Once I was at the window for payment I asked tomake a split payment , was told it's not allowed . The guy working the window was very nice about it I asked him to see if themanager will come do split payment the manager would not ! They told me to keep the drinks free if I didn't have a way to payfor the order all together which I ended up doing , but I'm saying all this to say as long as the order is being paid for itshouldn't matter how it is paid for .. Waited 20+ minutes after ordering. Left with no food. If they can't deliver your food in a reasonable time, you can't trust it... to be safe to eat. Not enough employees to produce the product, not enough to keep the place clean. Read more
After less than positive experiences in the past, we decided to give this location another shot. That was a mistake. We ended up... waiting over 45 minutes for our mobile order, apparently due to one order of fries and Door Dash orders having priority. Yes,you read that correctly, we were told point blank that Door Dash orders were more important than customers waiting outside. Bythe time we finally received our food, it was cold, soggy, and nasty. Coming from a Sonic Lover, this location specifically was one of my worse experinces ever. Employees wandered aimlessly whilst... customers waiting for their orders to be taken, took 10-20 minutes just to order one item, let alone get through to an employee.I ordered a small Sonic Blast (Cookie Dough), and my order came out as plain vanilla ice cream. (I gave it a change just in casethe desired cookie dough was scattered within the ice cream, but there wasn't any at all.) Read more
Order was already closed out when I arrived at the restaurant, so I was unable to check in, eliminating the point of ordering in... the app in the first place. I then had to press the red button twice over a span of 10 minutes, because the first press timedout. I've now waited over 20 minutes since arriving for an order I put in ahead of my arrival. I'm highly disappointed and lateto pick my kids up from school. Thanks. Also, staff tried to blame the app for my missing food. Considering this is the ONLYlocation that's ever happened, I find that statement suspect. I've since called their corporate offices for a refund, and I'llnever be going back to this specific location. Read more
