it was our first time coming here so i?m SORRY that we had to take more than 60 seconds to look at the menu, when we got our... food the fries were literally dumped into the fckn bag (see picture). and the fries were old as dirt and cold. other than thatthe burgers and tacos were really really good!! This has been my favorite place. I would take my grandkids here when they come to town. When my friends would ask me where are... we eating today I would be the first to say Shaggy's. This was my weekly place to eat. I don't know what's going on there butthe last couple times I've been there (thank goodness I went alone) the customer service was horrible and it took the cook 2times to get my order right. I specifically told the young man who took my order that I could not have tomatoes on my Hamburgerand no lettuce. What did they do put both of them on my burger. The person where you pick up your food told me I could just takeit off. Well Shaggy's I'm done. Hopefully whatever is going on there you will get back to great customer service and good foodpreparation you use to have. The Shaggy burger is pretty dang good for the price. The fish taco is in a similar boat, super tasty and relatively cheap. My... girlfriend got a margarita with her spicy slaw dog and she was impressed. She felt the slaw dog wasn't quite filling but it wasgood and priced well. She also said the margarita had a huge bang for the buck. We both really enjoyed our fries too! As far asthe atmosphere is concerned, it seems to be a hot spot for families and the decor is awesome. This use to be our favorite place to eat many years ago with my older kids. Now, I started bringing my little one after her two... hour jump session. We went twice in three days. Saturday lunchtime- well visited establishment. Parking was easy. Cashier greeted and had a smile :-) Ordered Fish Taco meal and... Beef Taco meal . Food was handed out quickly through the pick up window. We really liked it. Easy uncomplicated food. One reasonI give it a 4 star is cleanliness! Store should revisit food safety regulations on cleaning process! Rags used to clean table-same rag used to clean chair rag wondered off with employee to pick up window hanging out there talking and wiping the counter?acting like busy cleaning? chit chatting rubbing rag including crumbs back and forth. This was our first time eating inside at Shaggy?s and let me start out by saying we were very impressed! I?ve always thought it... was weird they?re known for Burger & Tacos but it?s essentially a Little Rosie?s (as they?re owned by the same company). Thedecor was very colorful and trendy. I absolutely love the ambiance. The inside was extremely clean and the employees were veryfriendly. When you enter, you order at the counter where they give you a pager and pick up your food at the window to the leftwhen it?s ready. They serve alcohol and I highly recommend the Mambo Taxi! It?s one of our favorites from Rosie?s and just asgood at Shaggy?s. One new thing we stumbled upon are the Cinnamon Nachos and they are out of this world. Fresh nachos withcinnamon sugar sprinkled all over. Of course chips and salsa and queso are also a must. They offer both indoor and outdoorseating. Plenty of tables to enjoy your meal outside.
