Was not happy with the Bridge Street location in Huntsville AL. We ate lunch there, we should have known better and left when... our feet were sticking to the floor walking to the table. We stayed though and regretted it! Instead of cleaning the tables,they moved the dirty dishes between tables and only when they needed the table, they'd just move it to the next table. We askedfor bottomless root beer floats and I'm almost certain the soda was diet Dr pepper, was definitely diet something other thanroot beer. Husband switched his drink but kids kept drinking theirs, they just wanted the ice cream. The kids asked for a refillsince they're bottomless and they never came, waiter came back and confirmed again what we needed and still never came. I askedfor manager since we wanted more fries (bottomless too) but couldn't get him to look our way or answer when we said 'excuse me. Food messed us up! All 5 of us. Not only that we watched the manager (didn't know he was then) wipe a table down with a wet napcloth, so basically just dusted the table off, not clean it. The manager did comp our meal when i only asked for something onthe root beer floats, since we could never get a refill. The bathrooms were also terribly disgusting. I threw it in the trash and ordered from another establishment. Food awful. Expensive. Have to add extra to make it worthwhile.... And it still wasn't. Meat. Bun. Lettuce... No condiments although selected. Help me understand what is gourmet about this placebesides the prices. Tried again because a quick option... Delicious food! I wish they had more around!! Got large portion sizes, enough to take home for at least 2 more meals. Also, they... serve bottomless fries, steak fries or sweet potato fries. You can't find many places that does that anymore. Absolutelydelicious and friendly service! Read more

Waited about 10 minutes before the server came to our table. A courtesy of saying ?Hi, I?ll be right with you? would have been... nice despite what other issues may have been going on before coming to serve us at our table . Other than that, the server wasnice and did a good job. Food from the kitchen came out wrong and cold. There was really no reason for the food to come out theway it was because there were more workers than customers in the restaurant. Seemed as if everyone was there just having fun andtalking but not working and being lazy. We had to wait another 15 min for them to remake our order and my fries were still thewrong fries. Waited another 5 min for fries. Before leaving, we asked for the same garlic fries to go. We waited another 10 minfor our to go fries but got tired of waiting and just left. Even our server was surprised they did not come out with our friesupon letting him know we were not going to wait any longer. Corporate should consider retraining their employees because theservice tonight was very disappointing. The young lady host seemed like the only one working hard and she looked as if she wasjust doing her best but definitely needed help while 30 other workers were in the back hanging out, on their phones, chitchatting. What I ordered vs what I actually received. We were in Huntsville just for the day so figured we'd go to red robin since... everyone liked their food. This was extremely disappointing, all the food was soggy like it had been sitting for awhile, had toask 3 times for drink refills. When we talked to our waiter about the issues he seemed very dismissive...extremely disappointedand can't wait to get back to our red robin in Michigan. Read more

Finally went back to Red Robin. I ordered the Buzz Chicken Sandwich. Pretty good but spicy hot. My first wife ordered the... California chicken sandwich. She devoured it. Kids ordered burger, corn dogs x2, and Mac cheese. Only outlier is the corn dogs(picture). Kids who ordered them did not enjoy it too much. It resembled Vienna sausages wrapped in fried flour but thebottomless fries and lemonade made up for it. Ordered milk shake and root beer float. Both pretty good. Bathroom clean. Out ofsoap in one dispenser. Highlight of the meal was Ali our server. Looks like she was the only server? Anyways, she was jugglingseveral tables with multiple customers each. Great job Ali. Give her a raise. Lobby was clean. Kids Placemats (picture) keptthem busy for 15 minutes. Average experience but great customer service by Ali. Will go back and recommend it. Read more

The wait was 40 minutes and that was because there was only two of us. There was a longer wait for bigger parties. Not... complaining just want you to know my experience. Our waitress was very nice however other servers brought out our drinks andfood. The one that severed our food just put the food down in front of us and walked off leaving us with no utensils or napkins.The waitress fixed the problem for us making it an overall good experience.
