Flies. There were flies all around the counter over the food. I didn?t Oder flies for a topping. Also, the price was more... expensive than what was in the website. The pizza is always good every time my family and I visit this location. I always customize my pizza as a bbq chicken pizza with... the bbq sauce after bake. Yum! ???? The staff is very friendly and courteous. The location is great because it?s close to allthe shops. Read more
We first tried this kinda of pizza in another state and fell in love with it then. Whenever we can locate one we go and have a... few good pies...its never a bad pizza when you literally pick out everything from the crust to the sauce and all the toppingsyou want for a single price. To make it how you want it...its a no brainer for a amazing pizza every single time. If you lovepizza then try this place. We went to Pieology for dinner. We were probably the third or fourth family in line and we stood in line for at least 40... minutes. They were clearly understaffed, we were understanding and patient but it did not seem like they had a good workflowgoing on. As first timers to this spot, there was no menus for us to see while we waited in line!! The big board up top simplyhad the types of crust. They could hugely benefit from listing the sauces, cheeses and toppings. This would allow customers tobe more ready with their orders as they are waiting in line. They had a small 8 ½ by 11 inch sign upfront with fun toppingscombinations, that you could only see if you were standing directly in front of the sign as it was so small. When we got overto the counter to choose toppings, sauces and cheese, nothing was labelled. The staff was also sloppy with the toppings andcrumbled my mushrooms all over my husband?s pizza, (he hates mushrooms). The pizza was good and you could easily split a pizzawith a friend or take half home for leftovers. We weren?t impressed with this place even after giving them the benefit of thedoubt of being understaffed. If you?re in the Bridge Street area there?s tons of other restaurants around? Read more

One worker was working very hard while the 2 other workers had no sense of urgency. One person cutting the pizza kept looking at... her phone. I ordered ahead and still had to wait 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there to pick up a pizza thatwas already made. I definitely do not recommend for takeout at this time as the infrastructure for getting in and out forsomething you already paid for is not there. Read more
