Follow up: Tried this location one last time today. Epic fail. Once again used the McDonald's app. Arrived about 11:20 am. They... were not busy. Pulled up into spot 4 and waited... and waited and waited. Finally went inside(not how this is supposed to work).Have to ask for my food at the counter. I finally get my order and leave. And shock me shock me shock me, didn't get that sauceI asked for. Didn't get any sauce at all. This location is hands down thee worst in the area. I doubt seriously if they couldpour water out of a bucket with the directions written on the bottom. This location should be torn down and the ground sown withsalt. Tried using the McDonald's app at this location for a bogo purchase. When I pull to the pay window, the cashier tells methe order is full price because "I am gaining points". I explain yes, I gain points and have a coupon for the bogo. After goingback and forth a few times I understood this kid had no clue what he was doing. Please train your staff better. I'm not only outmy lunch but the time I wasted on this endeavor. I won't be back to thus location. I'd give zero stars if I could. Read more
Floors and tables were nasty. Could not get the kiosk to submit my order. Couldn?t get the McDonald?s app to work either. Just... gave up. I have vowed not to visit any McDonald?s again. I am done with them. Read more
The only thing that was wrong this morning. Was my husband order are stuff through the mobile app. And we pulled up and waited... for are food. And it was really late coming out. Until I gave the gentleman my receipt. And then he brought are stuff. And myGrandson was late for school. When I entered there was one person ahead of me who had not been waited on. We waited for several minutes, asking if anyone was... there. There was no sign of people behind the counter. When we finally saw someone, they made no contact with us. Then someoneelse passed us by to take a delivery outdoors, and when they returned they made no eye contact, said nothing (such as 'We willbe with you shortly, we are low on staff now'). When someone did arrive they took our orders, and more people started to show upfor lunch. But only the first two orders were taken at that time. After a while the other orders were taken. It tookapproximately 20-25 min for me to get a sausage biscuit and decaf coffee w/cream. My coffee came filled with sugar, which I didnot order. I am a SEVERE diabetic. I do not have a workable pancreas. I cannot have sugar. I noticed on the register a phonenumber to call for comments, which turned out to be an UNusable number. (I could have gone to the hospital or died. How manyothers get the same treatment!?!) I had not been to this store in many years. I won't return again. Even if there are morepeople working there. I went through the drive thru and although they were busy, the wait times were low. Ausjua greeted us with a nice smile and make... the visit an overall satisfying experience. The frappes were also really pretty and tasted good. Read more
Super friendly servers, consistent quality of food. Order accuracy sometimes leaves a bit to be desired, but other than that,... great McDonald's location. Very convenient to my home. Read more
More employees will provide a more efficient service. People are waiting incredibly too long for their orders in the drive-thru,... inside, door dash, or Uber eats. Read more
