I'm super disappointed in my last visit. I received a quarter pounder that wasn't properly cooked. I will be checking my burgers... prior to eating them when going here. If I get ill I will update my review and contact the restaurant. Read more

Slow getting orders out at the drive thru but very busy. Pleasant workers at both windows. Food was hot and fresh.

Entered your Winchester Plaza Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35811. around 8:40 am door on north west side. Found floor very... wet. I slid into wall across from door , My wife slipped and fall on floor, Floor was very wet. Because of back injury I was notable to help her up. several gentleman did. When I told "employee" what has happen, "manager" walked up said roof is leaking Ihave had someone mop floor. I tolded him mopping is not drying floor. He told me best I leave. My wife was setting at tableholding her arm. A younger employee did carry so ice is a paper napkin so she could apply to sore arm. When I asked again aboutwet floor manager said I can leave and they have cameras so try this somewhere else. I did remove napkins from dispenser toplace on floor to soak up water, manager acted like he was calling police. Several times him talked loadly on phone about what Ilook like & what I was doing. After about 15 minutes My wife felt better. Since we where on our way to a doctor appoint Weleft. I looked at ceiling I saw two cameras none near door. Good thing for your store.
